Prices are as listed on our product pages. Per-m² figures are approximate, calculated from panel length × cover width. All panels have a Z-lock interlocking joint, white 0.4–0.45mm pre-painted steel skins and an EPS core SGS fire-tested to AS/NZS 1530.3. Shop all wall panels.
Cut-to-Length & Ordering
- Stock lengths run from 2.4m to 6m (see the table above).
- Custom lengths are available. Contact us with your sizes.
- Work out how many panels you need: divide each wall length by the cover width (0.95m for 35mm, 1.15m for 50/75mm), then round up.
- Finish the job with matching C, L, H and corner channels, coolroom door packages and insulated roof panels.

Which Thickness: Coolroom or Freezer?
- 35mm: chillers and partitions, small DIY rooms. The lightest and most affordable option.
- 50mm: the all-rounder for standard coolrooms (0°C down to around −10°C).
- 75mm: freezers and sub-zero storage down to −18°C.

How much do coolroom wall panels cost?
Our EPS Z-lock coolroom wall panels start from about $35/m² for 35mm. 50mm panels work out at about $42/m² and 75mm at about $55/m², based on the per-panel prices listed on our product pages.
What thickness do I need for a freezer?
Use 75mm EPS panels (approx. R2.08) for freezers and sub-zero storage down to −18°C. For deeper freezing, read our freezer room panels guide.
Can you cut panels to custom lengths?
Yes. Stock lengths run from 2.4m to 6m, and custom lengths are available – contact us with your measurements.
Do you install coolrooms?
No. Cool Room Master is a supply-only panel supplier. The Z-lock joint is DIY-friendly, or your own builder can install the panels.
Do you deliver outside Adelaide?
