Cool Room Master Refund & Returns Policy
Overview
At Cool Room Master, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products and custom-built orders, we maintain a strict returns and refunds policy. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
Returns Eligibility

All sales are final once payment is processed and the order is accepted.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect material selection, or ordering errors.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all specifications, including skin thickness (0.4mm or 0.6mm), dimensions, and quantities, are correct before finalising the purchase.
Exceptions – Fault or Damage
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty or damaged due to an error on our part:

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Faulty goods will be assessed, and if approved, a replacement, repair, or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Custom-made or cut-to-size panels

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards
-
Downloadable products or software
-
Perishable, intimate, sanitary, or hazardous materials
Shipping & Freight

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified fault by Cool Room Master.

For all returns, please contact our team prior to sending any items. Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Important Freight & Delivery Notes

Free freight is available on orders over $5,000 (incl. GST) within 50km of the nearest Cool Room Master depot.

Delivery requires adequate unloading equipment (e.g., forklift) and site access.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon dispatch and/or delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after payment, except in the case of a confirmed error by Cool Room Master.
Please note: Orders may be cancelled if we do not have sufficient stock. We strongly recommend contacting us to check stock availability before placing your order.
