What insulation is used in the walls?
Wall panels use a 50mm rock wool (mineral wool) core at 80 kg/m³ density. Rock wool offers excellent fire resistance (non-combustible), acoustic damping, and thermal performance — well suited to Australian climate conditions. The roof uses 50mm fibreglass insulation.
What sizes are available?
Standard sizes are 3m × 5m × 2.5m (H) and 3m × 6m × 2.8m (H). Custom sizes are available on request — contact us with your dimensions for a custom quote.
What is included in the standard package?
The standard package includes galvanised steel frame, rock wool wall panels, fibreglass roof insulation, 18mm cement board + vinyl flooring, steel security door, 2× uPVC double-glazed sliding windows, ceiling panels, drainage pipes, and all fixings, bolts and sealants. Assembly is not included but a DIY installation guide is provided.
Do I need council approval in Adelaide?
For ancillary structures under 15m² in SA, approval is generally not required — but this varies by council zone and land use. We can provide specification documents and the installation guide to assist with any application. Always check with your local council before ordering.
How long does delivery take?

How much does it cost?
Starting from $5,999 for the 3×5×2.5m standard unit. The 3×6×2.8m unit starts higher. Optional add-ons include a sliding door upgrade ($3,500) and window/door combinations. Contact us for a full itemised quote.
